By accessing or using ATOZ FRESH (atozfresh.co.uk) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, or that is fraudulent or harmful to us or other users. You are responsible for ensuring your account credentials remain secure.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of ordering.
We aim to deliver all orders on the Thursday following the order cutoff (Tuesday 11:59 pm). While we make every effort to meet delivery commitments, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We take great care in selecting and packing fresh produce. Due to the perishable and natural nature of the products, minor variations in size, colour, and ripeness are normal and do not constitute a defect. If you are unsatisfied with your order quality please refer to our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Violife Ventures Ltd T/A ATOZ FRESH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or any products purchased. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the value of the order in question.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
