We deliver every Thursday across the UK. Orders placed before Tuesday at 11:59 pm are included in that week's delivery. If you miss the cutoff, your order is scheduled for the following Thursday.
We deliver to most UK mainland postcodes. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability for your area. We are continuously expanding our delivery zones.
All mangoes are hand-selected and packed in eco-friendly cardboard boxes with protective tissue padding to ensure they arrive in perfect condition — never bruised.
We have a no-questions-asked refund or replacement policy for damaged, bruised, or unsatisfactory produce. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately.
You can amend or cancel your order up to Tuesday at 11:59 pm in the week of delivery. After that, your order has been packed and dispatched and cannot be changed.
Alphonso and Kesar mangoes are packed just before they are fully ripe so they arrive in perfect eating condition within 1–2 days. We include a ripening guide with every order.
