We deliver to most UK mainland postcodes including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, and many more. We are continuously expanding our coverage. Enter your postcode at checkout for instant confirmation. We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or Channel Islands.
All produce is packed in sturdy eco-friendly cardboard boxes with protective tissue lining. Mangoes are individually wrapped to prevent bruising during transit. Our packaging is 100% recyclable and we are working towards fully compostable materials by end of 2025.
Once your order is dispatched on Thursday morning you will receive a tracking number by email. Our courier typically delivers between 7 am and 9 pm. Visit your order history to check status at any time.
If you are not home our courier will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location if you have specified one. If no safe delivery is possible a re-delivery will be attempted the following business day. Please ensure someone is available on Thursdays or provide delivery instructions at checkout.
